2) Definitions

Merchant“ – „AURA FITNESS" Ltd.  „Customer“ – any person using the website aurafitness.bg and who has placed an order for the purchase of goods from the Merchant through the online store. „Distance Contract“ – a contract concluded through the website without the physical presence of the parties.

3) Rights and Obligations of the Parties

  • The Merchant is obliged to provide the Customer with accurate information about the offered goods, their characteristics and prices, as well as to ensure delivery of the ordered goods under the conditions described in these General Terms.
  • The Customer is obliged to provide accurate and true data when placing an order and to pay the value of the selected goods by the chosen payment method.
  • In case of incorrect or erroneous address, contact person and/or phone number provided when submitting the request, „AURA FITNESS" Ltd. is not responsible for the non-fulfilment of the order.

4) Prices, Availability and Characteristics

  • All prices are in lev (BGN); The Merchant is not registered for VAT.
  • The Merchant has the right to change the prices of the offered goods at its own discretion, without prior notice. The Customer pays the price valid at the time of purchase.
  • The characteristics and images are informative; minimal discrepancies are possible, which do not affect the essential qualities.
  • In case of obvious error (e.g. technical or typographical error) the Merchant may cancel the order and refund the amounts paid.

5) Order and Conclusion of Contract

  1. Steps: select product → add to cart → enter address and delivery method → choose payment method → review → confirmation.
  2. Conclusion: The contract is considered concluded upon sending a confirmation email for the accepted order.
  3. Documents: An invoice is issued, which the customer receives electronically. The invoice is available in the customer's profile.

6) Payments

Methods: cash on delivery; payment by bank cards via virtual POS (Bank: UniCredit Bulbank; operator: Borika). We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro.

  • Card data is processed by a licensed provider and is not stored by the Merchant.
  • For security, additional confirmation may be requested from the bank (e.g. via app or SMS).
  • Refunds: In case of refusal or cancellation, the money is refunded by the same payment method (including back to the card) within 14 days of notification.

7) Delivery

We deliver only with Econt – to an address or to an Econt office/automated machine. The usual timeframes are 2–5 working days after order confirmation. The delivery fee is calculated based on weight, volume and address and is visible before finalising the order. After dispatch, you will receive a notification with a tracking number /consignment note number/ from Econt via SMS or email. If you notice damage to the packaging upon receipt, notify the courier and contact us as soon as possible – we will assist in finding a quick solution. See details here.

8) Right of Withdrawal and Returns

If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason.

  • How: write to us at eshop@aurafitness.bg, you will receive brief instructions.
  • Sending: returns are made with Econt to: Logistics Park STAD, 1532 Sofia, Ring Road No. 467.
  • Return costs: are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error/discrepancy or defect – then the cost is on us or refunded.
  • Refund: after we receive the product, we will refund the amount by the same payment method.

Conditions for Accepting Returns

  • The request for return of the goods must be submitted in writing via email eshop@aurafitness.bg within no longer than 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. The request must include a personal bank account (IBAN) to which the amount should be refunded.
  • The goods must be in good commercial condition, in original packaging, with original labels and accompanied by all documents issued by „AURA FITNESS“ Ltd. – invoice, receipt and warranty card (if issued).
  • The return address must be confirmed in advance with a representative of „AURA FITNESS“ Ltd. before sending the package back.
  • According to Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Act, „AURA FITNESS“ Ltd. refunds the paid amount within 14 days from the date on which the customer has exercised the right of withdrawal.
  • The company reserves the right to refuse a refund of the paid amount if one or more of the above conditions are not met (e.g. damaged commercial appearance, missing labels or documents).

Refund of Amounts Paid by Cash on Delivery

When refunding amounts paid by cash on delivery, it is necessary to have identity between the person ordering the goods and the person returning the goods, regardless of who received the package. Only the person who ordered and returned will receive back the amount paid by cash on delivery.
If the orderer is a child, the money is refunded to the child's account or to their legal representative – mother, father or guardian. For this purpose, it is necessary to present a birth certificate or decision for appointing a guardian.
Amounts paid by cash on delivery are refunded by bank transfer – a valid IBAN and account holder's name must be provided.
Amounts paid by card are refunded to the same card used for the payment. The refund is made within 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods or from the presentation of proof of its dispatch.

9) Warranty and Complaints

All products offered at AuraFitness.bg are new and have a warranty in accordance with the requirements of Bulgarian legislation and standard BDS. The warranty period is 2 years, unless otherwise specified in the warranty card or by the manufacturer.

Warranty Conditions:

  1. With each purchased product with a warranty, the customer receives a warranty card, which states:
    • address and phone number of the authorised service centres for the purchased equipment;
    • warranty conditions of the respective service centres or manufacturers;
    • warranty period of the purchased goods.
  2. Except for the obligations specifically stated in this warranty, „AURA FITNESS" Ltd. is not responsible for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, regardless of the basis.
  3. Warranty conditions of the respective manufacturer or authorised service centres apply to all products. Only original warranty cards received with the goods are valid at the service centres.

Warranty Limitations:

  • Damages caused by poor transport, storage or improper use;
  • Attempts to repair by the customer or an unauthorised person;
  • Use of low-quality and non-original consumables.

10) Vouchers, Campaigns and Discounts

The conditions of a specific campaign/voucher are described with it. Vouchers are not exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated. When returning goods purchased with a voucher, the refund is made according to point 6; the value of the voucher is not paid in cash.

11) Rights to Content and Personal Data

The content of the site is protected. Use beyond personal needs is prohibited without the written consent of the Merchant. We process personal data in accordance with applicable legislation. Details: Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

12) Prices and Currency

Currently, all prices are in lev (BGN). From 01.01.2026, the official currency in Bulgaria will be euro (EUR). Prices and payments on the site will be made in euros at the officially fixed rate 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN. Orders placed before this date in lev will be processed without changing the currency. In case of regulatory updates, the information on this page will be updated in a timely manner.

13) Liability and Force Majeure

„AURA FITNESS" Ltd. is not liable for non-fulfilment of its obligations under these General Terms due to circumstances that could not have been foreseen or prevented – including, but not limited to, cases of force majeure, accidental events, problems in the global internet network or in the provision of services beyond the control of the Merchant.

14) Disclosure of Information

The Merchant is obliged not to provide the personal data received from customers to third parties, except in cases where this is necessary for the fulfilment of obligations under the order or when required by law.

15) Alternative Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, you can contact the Consumer Protection Commission (CPC) and the European Consumer Centre (ECC). The EU platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) has been discontinued.

16) Changes to the General Terms

„AURA FITNESS" Ltd. may amend the General Terms; the current version is published on this page and applies to orders placed after publication.
