Return and Order Cancellation Conditions – AuraFitness.bg

You have the right to cancel your purchase and return the received items within 14 days from the date of receipt, without penalty and without stating a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (Art. 55).


1) How to request a return

  1. Send an email to eshop@aurafitness.bg with your order number, product(s), and reason (optional).
  2. If the payment was by cash on delivery: include IBAN and account holder's name for the refund.
  3. You will receive confirmation, instructions, and the return address.
  4. Send the package with the courier Econt according to the instructions.

2) Applicable to which products

The policy applies to all fitness equipment and accessories offered by Aura Fitness, except for goods that fall under the exceptions of Art. 57 of the Consumer Protection Act (for example, sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons after unsealing).


Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (Art. 57 CPA)

According to Art. 57 of the Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following categories of goods and services:

  • Goods made to the customer's specifications or tailored to their individual requirements;
  • Sealed goods for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery;
  • Goods that by their nature can deteriorate or have a short shelf life;
  • Delivery of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, when the performance has begun with the customer's consent;
  • Sealed audio or video recordings or computer software that have been unsealed after delivery;
  • Services such as accommodation, transport of goods, car rental, catering, or leisure services when a specific date or period of performance is foreseen.

3) Courier for returns

Returns are made only with Econt (to an address or office specified by us). The use of other couriers is not allowed unless explicitly agreed in writing.


4) Transport costs for returns

  • In case of a return at the customer's request (without defect or error): transport costs are borne by the customer.
  • In case of non-compliance, wrong model, or defect: transport costs are borne by Aura Fitness (after confirmation from us).

5) Conditions for accepting a returned product

  • The return request is submitted in writing within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • The product is unused and in good commercial condition.
  • With complete original packaging, labels, and accessories.
  • Accompanied by the original documents – receipt/invoice and warranty card (if issued).
  • Packaged in external protective packaging (envelope/box), without tape and labels on the original box.

Important: Devices that are installed, assembled, used or have missing parts may be assessed and a value for recovery in commercial condition may be deducted, or they may be refused acceptance.

Aura Fitness reserves the right to refuse a refund if one or more of the above conditions are not met.


6) Timeframe and method of refund

  • Amounts are refunded using the same payment method, after acceptance and verification of the returned goods.
  • The usual timeframe for a refund is up to 14 calendar days from receiving the returned goods or presenting proof of its dispatch.
  • Additional courier services (express delivery, hourly option, etc.) are not refunded.

Refund of amounts paid by cash on delivery:
It is necessary to have identity between the person ordering the goods and the person returning the goods, regardless of who received the package. The amount is refunded via bank transfer – a valid IBAN and account holder's name must be provided.
If the order was made by a child, the amount is refunded to the child's account or their legal representative (parent/guardian) after presenting a birth certificate or guardianship decision.
Amounts paid by card are refunded to the same card used for the payment.


7) Exchange (replacement) of an item

Aura Fitness does not perform direct exchanges. If you want another item, return the received one following the above procedure and place a new order on the website.


8) Return address

The address/office of Econt for returns will be sent in response to your email with the instructions, to ensure the closest and most convenient location and correct acceptance.

* Sending the form is not mandatory, but it facilitates and speeds up the processing of the return.
