Payment Methods – AuraFitness.bg
At AuraFitness.bg you can choose between two convenient and secure payment methods for online orders:
1) Cash on Delivery
Payment is made in cash or with a bank card on site upon receipt of the parcel from the courier of EKONT – to an office, machine, or specified address.
After payment, the courier issues a receipt from the fiscal device of the courier company, confirming the amount received.
With this payment method, it is necessary to provide IBAN and account holder's name in case of a potential return of the goods, in order for the amount to be refunded via bank transfer (see Return Conditions).
Important: When paying by cash on delivery, the courier is obliged to accept the amount and issue a receipt. The amount is transferred to Aura Fitness after the parcel is received.
2) Payment by Bank Card
AuraFitness.bg offers secure online payment via virtual POS terminal of UniCredit Bulbank.
Cards Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Maestro are accepted. Payment is made through a secure SSL connection. The cardholder's data is processed only by the payment operator and is not stored by AuraFitness.bg.
The issuing bank may require confirmation via 3D Secure / SMS code for additional protection.
After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation by email and a system notification in your profile. In case of cancellation or return, the amount is refunded to the same card within 14 calendar days.
3) Payment Security
AuraFitness.bg uses a certified SSL connection (https) and complies with all requirements of UniCredit Bulbank and BORIKA AD for secure electronic payments.
When entering bank card details, the information is entered directly into the bank's secure system and is not transferred, processed, or stored on the servers of AuraFitness.bg.
4) Refunds
- For card payments – the amount is automatically refunded to the same card within 14 days after confirmation of the return.
- For cash on delivery – the amount is refunded via bank transfer after providing IBAN and account holder's name.
