AuraFitness.bg is an online store specialising in the import and sale of fitness equipment and fitness accessories. Our mission is to make home workouts accessible, easy, and safe – with quality equipment from proven brands.
On the site, you will find a wide variety of exercise bikes, cross trainers, treadmills, benches, multi-gym equipment, dumbbells, weights, and bars. All products are offered with warranty service and an option for post-warranty service. We work with qualified technicians who provide professional installation, diagnostics, and maintenance.
Aura Fitness Service
The service of Aura Fitness provides warranty and post-warranty service for all equipment purchased from the site. Our team consists of trained technicians with years of experience in the repair and maintenance of fitness equipment, who work according to established technical standards and BDS procedures.

Warranty and extended warranty
All equipment purchased from Aura Fitness comes with a 2-year standard warranty, provided in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and in compliance with the requirements of BDS for safety and quality of electrical appliances.
The warranty covers defects arising from manufacturing or factory non-conformities. It does not cover damages caused by improper installation, misuse, external influences, or natural wear and tear of parts.
The service department of Aura Fitness provides warranty and post-warranty service for all equipment. During the warranty period, repair and transport are free for the customer. After the warranty period, we offer paid service and delivery of original spare parts.
Service and maintenance
Service requests are processed within 14 days of receipt. If a site visit is necessary, a technician from Aura Fitness can perform diagnostics and repairs on-site.
For warranty repairs, all transport and service costs are covered by Aura Fitness. For out-of-warranty equipment, a price quote is provided before the repair is carried out.
